Long time no update. First off, congrats to Jun. He's heading over to America because he won first place in some contest with an article he wrote for school. Seiji is going with him, so he'll be in good hands. Hope you guys both have a safe and fun trip there and back. I went out shopping earlier today. I got everything I needed... for phase one. While I was out I saw some guy walking around with a UFO doll on his head. Pretty much just going about his business doing some shopping of his own. I got curious and asked him why he had that on his head, but he just laughed and ran off. Pretty weird. | | Wednesday, July 9th, 2003 | | 5:33 pm |
Rule number one of bird watching: Always bring an umbrella. I'm following this one without fail from now on. Current Mood: dirty | | Monday, June 30th, 2003 | | 1:52 pm |
Been watching Tachi a lot. It's amazing how smart he is. Even when I try to hide so I can just watch him being natural he notices me. Congratulations to Jun too. Third place isn't bad, especially not for a guy at a disadvantage. | | Sunday, June 15th, 2003 | | 1:10 am |
Sorry it's been so long since I've updated. It's been really eventful here. First there was Touma's injury. That really startled all of us, but he's recovering. He brought that shiro fukurou egg into the house and I've been practically glued to it. It might sound strange but I picked up a book with the writings of Confucius and started to read it to the egg every so often. Owls are supposed to be wise so it felt like the right kind of thing to read to it. I think a lot of wisdom is just common sense, but people do tend to overlook simple things. In any case it's due to hatch in a few days. I'm really looking forward to that. A late happy birthday to Seiji. I picked up a CD of traditional Chinese music for him. I hope he enjoys it. His birthday celebration was a lot of fun. Jun has picked up a journal too. He's got a tournament coming up. Looks a little nervous but I've got a lot of confidence in him. I don't know how this happened, but some piece of spyware installed itself on the computer. Every time I delete the program it keeps on reinstalling itself. Anyone know how to get rid of it for good? | | Sunday, May 25th, 2003 | | 10:57 am |
I've had some problems signing in here lately, but all is well now. I guess it's a given that something this popular would get a little overloaded every now and then. I had a dream last night. Byakuen and I were at some really old house, pretty much your standard mansion turned decrepit haunted house type place. We were just exploring when all of a sudden we came to a room with a huge lion. She growled at us and looked like she was about to attack, but I offered her a candy bar. Then she was more like a kitten and I woke up. Weird dream. Maybe it was the leftovers from those chips I had earlier this week. | | Sunday, May 18th, 2003 | | 4:44 pm |
I just got this journal thanks to Touma. He's always finding useful things. I hope I can post here often. Byakuen seems down lately. I think it's because of that poor mouse. Maybe we'll go for a walk sometime later to clear our minds, but I want to help out a little more. Speaking of helping out, I'll be lending a hand with the mill soon. Before I go, did you know there was an attempt to nominate me for the office of President of the United States in the 2000 elections? It's news to me too. I like their policy on evil, but Seiji or Touma are probably better cut for the job than I am. Current Mood: sympathetic |
